Cub Club
The mission of Shady Dell's Cub Club Program is to offer continuous learning to students through hands-on exploration, games and building experiential knowledge. Many parents must work outside of the home and need reliable childcare. We offer activities that improve physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development for children in a familiar and safe environment.
We will employ after-school employees (non-certified) to provide supervision and learning experiences with your child based on how many students are enrolled. They will take attendance each day, provide a snack, read books, play games, and supervise outside play (weather permitting).
Cub Club Activities
-
Offer a wide variety of activities that promote a healthy lifestyle.
-
Tailor activities to the learning levels of the students.
-
Use fun, hands-on approaches to learning.
-
Offer activities that expand, enrich, not duplicate regular day curriculum.
Hours of Operation
After school care is available from 3:10-5:30 Monday-Friday. This program is only available to students attending Wonder Years.
Enrollment
Enrolling in Cub Club secures your space for the duration of enrollment. At this time, you can not use Cub Club on an "as needed" basis.
In order to enroll your student in our program you must complete the online enrollment form and submit the first week’s payment. Enrollment is based on availability. The program director will review enrollment documents to ensure they are complete and accurate.
Students will only be released to the person(s) listed on the enrollment form and will not be released to anyone else unless written notice is given by the parent or the program has been notified by the parent for verbal authorization. A photo ID will be necessary if this situation occurs.
